Refund policy
Most FloralandEvent products are 3D printed and made to order. Because production begins based on the product, color, finish, quantity, and other options selected when ordering, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect quantity selection, color preference, or ordering the wrong product or size.
This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact FloralandEvent as soon as possible.
Because production may begin shortly after an order is received, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once manufacturing has started.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- Photographs of the shipping box
- Photographs of the interior packaging
- A brief description of the damage
Please retain the product and original packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, full or partial refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, color, quantity, or variation due to an error on our part, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the item received.
We will review the order and work with you to correct the issue.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return, replacement, or refund is due to an error by FloralandEvent or a product that arrived damaged or defective.
3D Printed Product Characteristics
Our products are individually 3D printed. Normal characteristics of the manufacturing process can include:
- Visible layer lines
- Slight surface texture
- Minor dimensional differences
- Small variations between pieces
- Slight color or finish variations
These normal characteristics are not considered product defects.
If an item has significant manufacturing damage or a defect that affects its intended use, please contact us so we can review the issue.
Color Variations
We make every effort to represent product colors accurately. However, colors may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, screen settings, filament production batches, and individual printing conditions.
Minor color differences are not considered defects.
Event-Date Orders
Customers ordering for weddings, showers, religious celebrations, memorials, or other date-sensitive events are responsible for allowing sufficient time for production and shipping.
Most products are made to order, and larger quantities may require additional production time.
