Are FloralandEvent products made to order?

Yes. Most FloralandEvent products are 3D printed and made to order after your purchase is placed.

Our normal production schedule is Monday through Friday. Typical processing time is approximately 7–10 business days, although larger quantity orders may require additional production time.

Are your products actually 3D printed?

Yes. Our décor is produced using 3D printing technology, primarily with PLA material unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing.

Because of the 3D printing process, slight layer lines, small surface characteristics, or minor variations may occasionally be visible. These are normal characteristics of a 3D printed product and do not affect its intended decorative use.

Are flowers included with floral holders and centerpieces?

No. Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, flowers and floral arrangements shown in photographs are not included.

They are used in our photography to demonstrate how the product may look when styled for an event.

Are your planters and floral holders watertight?

Unless specifically stated on the product page, our PLA floral holders, bowls, and planters should not be considered watertight.

They are designed primarily for artificial flowers, silk flowers, dried arrangements, preserved florals, decorative greenery, and similar decorative materials.

If you would like to use fresh flowers requiring water, use a separate watertight liner or floral insert inside the container.

Can I put live plants in the planters?

You may use a separate nursery pot or watertight insert if it fits inside the decorative container.

Do not place standing water directly into a product unless the individual listing specifically states that the item is watertight.

Can I use real candles in your candle holders?

No. Our 3D printed candle-holder products are designed for LED or flameless candles only, unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

Do not use an open-flame candle with a PLA 3D printed product.

Are cards included with place card or table card holders?

No. Cards, table numbers, place cards, reserved signs, menu cards, and other printed materials are not included unless specifically stated.

The photographs demonstrate how the holders may be used.

What is the difference between a place card holder and a table card holder?

Place card holders are generally smaller and intended for individual guest names, escort cards, or reserved seating cards.

Table card holders are larger or taller and are designed for items such as table numbers, menus, reserved-table signs, buffet labels, or event information.

Please review the dimensions on each product page to make sure the holder fits the card size you plan to use.

Do you offer quantity pricing?

Many FloralandEvent products are available in multiple quantities for weddings, receptions, showers, religious celebrations, memorials, and professional event installations.

Available quantities and pricing are shown on each product page.

For larger orders beyond the quantities listed, please contact us before ordering.

Do you work with florists and event planners?

Yes. Florists, event planners, wedding professionals, gift shops, venues, and other event businesses are an important part of the customers we design for.

If you are planning a larger installation or recurring order, contact us through the store so we can review product quantities and production timing.

Can I order a sample before placing a larger order?

If a product is offered as a single item, you may purchase one before committing to a larger event quantity.

This can be useful when you want to evaluate the size, finish, color, or design before placing a larger order.

Can I request a larger quantity than what is shown?

In many cases, yes.

Contact us with the product you are interested in, approximate quantity, and event date. We can then determine whether the requested quantity can be produced within your timeframe.

How far in advance should I order for an event?

Order as early as practical.

Most products require approximately 7–10 business days for production before shipping, and larger orders can require additional time.

If your event date is approaching or you are ordering a substantial quantity, contact us before purchasing.

Will the color look exactly like it does on my screen?

We make every effort to photograph our products accurately, but colors can appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, filament production, and individual screen settings.

Minor variation between production batches may also occur.

What colors are available?

Available colors vary by product.

Common finishes include White, Bone, Gray, White Silk, Gold, Silver, and other colors when specifically offered on the product page.

Always select from the available color options shown on the individual listing.

Can your products be used outdoors?

Unless specifically stated otherwise, FloralandEvent products are intended primarily for indoor decorative use.

PLA products should not be exposed to high temperatures, prolonged direct sunlight, open flames, or harsh outdoor conditions.

Props used in photography, including flowers, candles, cards, tableware, linens, furniture, greenery, and other decorative accessories, are not included unless specifically stated.
